ÜNIC was born in the heart of El Carmen with one simple idea: there’s no excuse for having a drink without good company. This is our story, our philosophy and the people who make it all happen every night.
FROM A CORNER OF EL CARMEN TO A PLACE TO COME TOGETHER
ÜNIC first opened its doors in Plaza de Sant Jaume with the idea of bringing back something Valencia has always done well: going out every day, even if it’s just for a drink. Over time, that neighbourhood terrace became the first and last stop of the night for hundreds of people. A place where one drink always turns into more than just a story.
Today, we’re still true to our roots: a cocktail bar with a neighbourhood soul, a terrace open late and the belief that good company is something worth celebrating every day.
